Here’s a classic vintage British waistcoat made from medium weight black and white wool in a puppy-tooth pattern. The fashion for contrasting waistcoats, which was popular in Victorian & Edwardian tailoring, and was regularly seen in equestrian tailoring throughout the 20th century, entered mainstream fashion in post-war Britain and added a splash of colour to menswear for many years. This waistcoat is the perfect way to add colour and vintage detail to a plain worsted suit.

Condition: Good (the exterior is in very good condition but the interior lining requires light cleaning)
