This beautiful double-breasted blouse made from breathable cool rayon has capped sleeves, a wide lapel front, a plunging neck line and is fastened with three mother of pearl buttons to the side. Nipped at the waist with elastic sides for a comfort fit and shaped with gathers to create the full blouson effect.
