Here are three vintage British ties from the 1950s/1960s. This selection of cravats is designed to give the buyer a selection of colours and styles. The cravat was a popular item of neckwear among British men during the mid-20th Century as it allowed for comfort when wearing casual outfits yet still provided a splash of colour. The red striped tie is from the 1950s and is made from cotton. The blue striped cravat and the patterned cravat date are made from man-made fabrics and are from the 1960s. They are longer than cravats from earlier periods.
