Here are three vintage British cravats from the 1960s. This selection of ties is designed to give the buyer a selection of colours and styles. The cravat was a popular item of neckwear among British men during the mid-20th Century as it allowed for comfort when wearing casual outfits yet still provided a splash of colour. The red cravat is by ‘Duggie’, a neckwear brand that was popular in the UK during the 1950s and 1960s. The blue cravat was made by Tootal. The flower cravat does not have a maker’s label. All three are made from acrylic, or similar man-made fabrics.
