To start the return process for your order, please enter your email address or phone number and the order number below.

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Do not use FedEx for returns as these will be rejected due to their surcharges

 

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via original method of payment, within 10 working days. 
  • The same time frame goes for the exchanges and credits. 

  

Zero Brexit charges - shop with confidence

All orders to the EU will now be shipped with via our premium DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) service so that we at SJC take responsibility for the clearance of your package with taxes prepaid. It will cost us a lot but we feel it's the right thing to do for our friends in the EU.

  • Smoother service with no customs delays (just like the good old days).
